We allow a grace period of 5 minutes from the time of your appointment.If you miss this window, you will be subject to a $25 late fee and if you are late after 10 minutes you may be required to reschedule your appointment as we may not have enough time to complete your service.Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a $50 deposit.Please note that all no shows will be charged the full price of the service.

Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.  We understand that life happens.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will move your deposit to your new appointment date.  You must reschedule within 48 hours (2 days ) of your original appointment.   Your deposit will be held for your future appointment.  

If you are a no show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Each appointment takes 15-20 minutes and is scheduled for one person.  If you are planning on coming with friends, please schedule a time slot for each person.  

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.  The deposit will go towards your total purchase at checkout.

When booking your appointment you will be charged with taxes, because it goes towards a “retail product” on the day of your appointment.
