What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a chain bracelet that is welded, fused, or soldered together directly onto the wrist. It is a claspless experience and cannot be taken off like other bracelets.

What is the price range?

We offer a curated selection of sterling silver, 14k gold filled, and 14k solid gold that can be made into a ring, bracelet, anklet or necklace.  Depending on the type and style of chain you choose, the prices start at $30-$185.  (Prices of our most popular services is listed on the slide of photos when booking your appointment with us)  

Does the welding process hurt?

Nope! It is completely painless.  

How long does my permanent jewelry last?

Your Permanent Jewelry can last forever! Like any other jewelry piece, there will be normal wear and tear depending on your life style and care for your jewelry, but it can last a lifetime.  

Can I go through airport security with Permanent Jewelry?

Absolutely! TSA does not ask you to remove jewelry, so you'll be able to take your permanent jewelry anywhere with you!  It will NOT set off any metal detectors. 

What if I need to get an MRI scan?

You will need to remove your Permanent Jewelry. You can schedule an appointment to get it removed with us, or you can cut the chain yourself with scissors.  Save your chain and we will weld it back for you when you are ready to come back.

How do I add more than 1 person to my appointment?

Each appointment takes 15 minutes and is scheduled for 1 person.  If you are planning on coming with friends, please schedule a time slot per person.

 When selecting a time slot while booking the appointment, select "quantity 1" per time slot.  You must add each time slot to cart before checking out.

What is the $25 non-refundable deposit for?

The deposit is to guarantee your appointment time and date. The $25 deposit will go towards your total purchase on the day of your appointment. 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date.  Simply click the link on your appointment confirmation and click "cancel my appointment".

Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.  We understand that life happens.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will move your deposit to your new appointment date.  If you are a no show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

What if my chain breaks?

Permanent Jewelry has a 60 day warranty. After the 60 days, there will be a $25 fee to repair your chain.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

What is your exchange policy?

You can make an exchange within 7 days of receiving your online or in person order.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 3-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday), pending availability and credit verification, for these to be shipped. Please note, this may take longer with custom and personalization orders, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.

  • All US orders ship via USPS Priority. All ship with tracking.
  • International orders shipping will take 7-14 business days
  • International ordersany applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, and they will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, if any, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. 

Eleven + vyn is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

How do I exchange my online order?
